New DynoMax VT™ Muffler Features Patented Valve Technology, Straight-Through Welded Stainless Steel Construction
DynoMax Performance Exhaust – a leading innovator in performance exhaust technologies – introduced the DynoMax VT™ muffler, a revolutionary, high-flow stainless steel performance muffler that controls irritating drone while ensuring maximum performance on a full-range of street applications.

The DynoMax VT muffler features an exclusive, precisely calibrated patented internal valve that ensures maximum performance and provides a drone-free experience in the vehicle.
The new DynoMax muffler’s proven performance advantage can be seen in recent flow-bench testing of the DynoMax VT (No. 17956), MagnaFlow (No. 11226), and Flowmaster (No. 42541) products. The DynoMax VT muffler delivered 841 cubic-feet-perminute flow, compared to 588 CFM for the MagnaFlow and 373 CFM for the Flowmaster.1

The new muffler – engineered to deliver the DynoMax’s trademark “Drone-Free Performance™” – offers the flow characteristics of the legendary DynoMax Ultra Flo® Welded muffler, through a straight-through unrestricted design that is dyno-proven to support up to 2,000 CFM and 2,000 horsepower.
“The DynoMax VT muffler provides an exciting combination of maximum flow and a deep, throaty drone-free sound. The VT valve technology lets you hammer it when you want that raw exhaust sound and cruise with it when you want more comfortable sound within the vehicle,” Pase said.
The 100-percent welded stainless steel muffler is available in a side inlet/center outlet 14-in. body length and a side inlet/side outlet 16-in. body length. Inlet/outlet bushing diameters include 2 ¼-in.; 2 ½-in.; and 3-in. sizes.
The new muffler also includes slotted bushing ends; exclusive Continuous Roving Fiberglass (CRF) technology that absorbs additional unwanted interior resonance and provides a rich, deep performance tone; and a show-stopping DynoMax VT logoembossed body and high-impact finish.
